Paying homage to Bladerunner this large overhaul features nods to the Bladerunner films and a hint of Deus Ex for good measure ....the mod list is long ....please take the time to check each mod out and endorse them all , they are all wonderful settlement building mods ... Sidenote I do not how transfer settlements handles removed assets from vanilla structures , I deleted walls in hangmans in order to build inside closed off locations , haven't had a chance to import this settlement on fresh save to check whether the deleted walls carry over to the blueprint , as long as you have a scrap mod you will be able to remove any pieces that may be blocking the doors...again not sure if these is even a problem , it will most likely carry over so shouldn't be any issue , also this build is only meant for beast enthusiast rigs ... or to test the limits of your system... I'm on a 1080ti and get between 25-30 frames at ultra 4k with texture packs so your mileage will vary if your running at lower resolutions mins ENB etc , if you need to reduce the toll, start by deleting spotlights that cast shadows , and some of the animated neon signs ;) Also the player home located inside the Tyrel Corp. building, the elevator power switch defaults to an off position after the blueprint transfer , you may need to TCL up to the second floor and hit the power switch to power the elevator and turn the lights on in the apartment , you will see the power cord in the elevator shaft , just follow it up to the power box and flip the switch. Thank You for checking out my blueprint please take the time to endorse the required mods have a wonderful day <3 UPDATE version 1.1 now in ZIP format , and a missing file was added to required list , All Settlements Extended , to increase the build area size found here : https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25316 and I also added the link to better stores at bethesda under the outside source section
