S.O.U.P from Schlitzohr's Village brings high poly heads and hair along with high quality FaceTint to all the adult NPCs of Schlitzohr Village mods, with zero other changes to the NPC record.

A simple high poly head conversion of all adult NPCs from Schlitzohr's Village mods.

No edits in the base record were made beside swapping to high poly head parts.
Hoods and helmets were removed for screenshot purposes only.
Before reporting dark face bugs please check your load order!!
There is a 99% chance it is an issue with load order, not with S.O.U.P.
The last ESP that changes an NPC is the data that wins.
If the facegen from that plugin does not match the winning mesh/texture you may have dark faced characters.
Every mod that touches an NPC record will need a patch.
If you do not know how to properly check and patch your load order you can learn to mod here.
You can also try Face Discoloration Fix by Parapets for a quick fix.
New FaceTint has been exported in 2K with high quality warpaints and makeup.
These textures were then optimized through Octagon and resaved in BC7 format.
I have included downsized 1K and 512 texture options as well, just overwrite the main file with your preferred size.
You can use EasyNPC to easily patch all your NPC overhauls together.
If you need an AI Overhaul patch check out the Synthesis patcher.
If you have never tried Synthesis, I highly recommend it. It makes patching your load order much easier!
