It requires High Poly NPC Overhaul - Resources. Read that mod page for more information.
If you don't like the hair that come with this mod, remember that this is compatible with any retexture for KS Hair.

WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO?
This is an appearance overhaul for vanilla NPCs.
It doesn't contain any meshes or textures other than FaceGen data.
It will use whichever body and textures you already have installed.
It contains 1,000+ NPCs so far.
It is still a work in progress. I plan on adding more NPCs in the future.

Already Compatible - No Patch Required
Partially Compatible - Some NPCs conflict (you can still install both, just load the mod you want to win last)
Patch Required - These patches are available in the download section
