Majority of the FMVs have been remastered to 2880x2160, while the rest are in 2880x1920 (Goes beyond the max resolution that is playable on a 4K display), making the frames less blurry and visually cleaner and detailed. FMVs retain the 4:3 Aspect Ratio without including unnecessary pillarboxing, which by default, is included by the game.

Overview
All the FMVs have been upscaled to 2880×2160, which goes beyond the maximum resolution supported by the game, on a 4K display. The Ending and Clock Tower FMVs have been upscaled to 2880×1920 (the dimensions between Sourcenext FMVs and other versions of the game are different). These have been upscaled appropriately to prevent visual artefacts from appearing from upscaling too much, they initially had Japanese Subtitles burned into them, which have been removed.
