Diplomacy

A vanilla-friendly mod for the campaign and sandbox modes of Bannerlord. Diplomacy's goal is to provide balanced, fun, and creative options for characters to have an impact on the world, including both the player and NPCs. Diplomacy creates more believable world behaviors while giving the player the agency to shape their world.

Realistic Battle Mod

This mod makes combat more realistic and improves AI. Armor and damage is reworked according to experimental data and physics. Units try to survive. AI uses proper formations and new custom culturally specific tactics were introduced. Tournaments were overhauled to be more balanced and rewarding experience. New posture (stamina) system.

Bannerlord AutoTrader

This mod allows you to buy and sell items automatically. It is highly configurable to meet your playstyle. You decide if it manages the trades for you or just sells your loot.

RTS Camera

Party AI Overhaul and Commands

Adds giving advanced orders to your Clan parties on the campaign map, including control over their recruitment. Restricts AI sieges to borders of Kingdoms. Makes the AI more likely to conquer and less likely to raid the lands that share their culture. Causes all hostile Vassals who like/hate you to target your properties less/more respectively.

Auto Resolve Rebalanced

Ensure that your Cataphracts are not easily lost against Looters in Auto Resolve (Send troop). This mod change Auto Resolve to simulates each individual's HP and damage as in a real battle.

Separatism

Makes expansion for everyone a bit harder because clans, national minorities and settlements show their disloyalty in very obvious way raising rebel kingdoms.

Houses of Calradia

Houses of Calradia solves AI marriage and AI clan extinction. It plausibly arranges noble marriages organically, and it does so with the overall goal of improving clans' fitness to survive while introducing minimal character bloat. If necessary (very rarely), HoC also directly prevents clan extinction.

Revolutions

Revolutions adds additional mechanics to the game, aiming to increase realism and reflect the harsh realities of medieval society. Civil wars, revolts, and plots are all on the table! - All done by nearly 6.000 lines of source code!

AI Values Life (NPC Surrender and Death)

AI battles going on around the map now have the defending leader consider surrender depending on their valor and their troop count against the attacker's troop count. If the defender does not surrender then all nobles involved in the battle are evaluated to see if they are KIA. Siege surrender works fine. It has been tested.

Better Pikes

Gives pikes realistic lengths, fixes the pike bracing animation so that the longer pikes can hit enemy cavalry, and makes pikemen use pike formations that are as functional as the game allows

Heroes Must Die

Player death and select a heir to play on as (you can disable in MCM). Get better death notifications for heroes with vanilla death enabled. Instead of the small text, you will get the banner that shows their image (if enabled in MCM). If you want more control over who dies you can use the mod's probability settings.

Female Soldiers for all Factions (Merged Troop Trees)

Simple mod that adds female soldiers to the game. This includes female versions of all the factions soldiers.
