Save first.... delete everything.
Built this over the original, or as close as I could, soooooo
Only a few minor visual glitches you will, might find, while touring the house.. most are in out of the way i.e.. sink behind bar, sitting in booth.
one top of stairs and doorway on right, both very minor.
Door swing on front sucks. Don't care for the vendor entrance door swing either.
Don't know if there's opposite swing door out there....bright orange....anybody

Total remodel of all buildings. New rugs, wallpapers, lighting, stores.
Added scavenging stations and cluttered the area
Added a few or 5 beds
added kitchenette and 4 beds in the expanded guard shack.
added kitchenette to medical building
Added perimeter lighting
changed the electrical power distribution points
changed water supply
Added a lot of clutter
Never finished a Settlement before all cluttered, papered and all. This should be my finale version...how it appears in my game. Seems to be playing smoothly, but I only have seven settlers there at this time.
Heather had mentioned she loved the water....I built her Taffington, decided we didn't like the neighbors and sold property to the Railroad.
