Rebuilt Jamaica Plains Ruins into a fully functioning and interactable Pre-war Town featuring stores, cafes, the city hall, the houses, the church, the diner and many many more! A Total new version of my previous Jamaica Plain project is now available, now with an esp patch that remodels the landscape for the town to be built.

Description:
This is a  big, mod heavy  Transfer Settlements blueprint, containing a total number of 5586 items.I wanted to make a fully functioning Town that already existed in the pre-war lore of fallout. I rebuilt the City hall that contains the Mayors office, Police office, Logistics office and the bank. I rebuilt the diner, added a fallon's clothes store and a pharmacy, a slocum's joe, a restaurant, a bar/disco nightclub, 2 grocery stores, police station, hospital , weapons and armor store, and a gift shop supposedly owned by the player as you can put items for sale inside the cash register and collect money, thanks to the Settlement Garage Sale mod. The latest version edits lanscape for better support of the subway station for those who play with Subways of the Commonwealth mod. Moved the door to the station down the stairs, decorated the station and added functional moving escalator stairs, thanks to a new mod i found. I have also added a Teleshopping delivery box next to the diner for your online shopping! Use the terminal in your character's apartment to access it.

The player's house is in the second floor of the large grey double twin house at the corner of the street. It's a fully detailed furnished apartment. But you can basically choose any house you wish to live in! Town Electricity is Located at the Town hall basement under the stairs. Power adapters located next to the hospital reception desk, pharmacy, and police station at the second floor next to the desk in the offices room, and also the arcade inn next to the arcade machines. you will need to grab and leave(E to grab them and then TAB to leave them) the power adapters or fusion cores to make the electricity work again after the import.

Instructions and Requirements:

1) (backup your save just in case) You absolutely need Expanded Quick- Clean Jamaica Plain, since it was the base for this blueprint, and also my .esp landscape patch. Extract and Place my esp in your fallout 4 data folder. You will also need Scrap everything and its option Scrap expansion(preset). I noticed that without this some objects like houses keep reappearing and cannot be scrapped, and and you might run into the disappearing world issue.

2) Simply extract and place the bp in a folder located in Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints. If you know how to install Trasfer Settlement Blueprints, its simple and quick. Next, Thanks to the esp i made, the landscape is ready, and you dont need to do all the scrapping and prep yourself. You may still need to disable some stuff like trees, if you are using the Forest mod or Boston natural surroundings, and also in my case, the 2 protectron pods, that i deleted in ck, were still visible in the game. In general, if you see something that feels like it shouldnt be there or looks weird, simply delete it with console command. I also moved the enemies and the corpses a little bit  so they are not floating, they still are all over the place and misplaced, but didnt mess with them as i didnt wanna break anything. you can easily get rid of them with the /killall  command and then clear the dead bodies with /disable.

3) If you installed the bp, my esp, and ALL the requirements, you should be good to go to import the blueprint into your game.

VERSION 5 AND SOME NOTES:

All i did in this update was rebuild the Hospital and turn it into a clinic. I thought the Hospital seemed too large and didnt really fit the theme of the small town, so instead i turned it into a smaller, more appropriate Clinic. It has the same utilities as the hospital, only changing in size to make it fit the landscape. I also fixed some visual errors in the highway, and tried my best to patch it up better than the mess it was before. The mod Highway Runner is very highly recommended for this, as all the changes were made with that mod in mind, and it also makes the highway look way much better than before. Without that mod installed there might be some out of place stuff built here and there in the highway, but still not too hard to just remove them. Other than the clinic and highway changes, i also fixed some very minor visual errors around town, which i think were the last of them.

VERSION 4 AND SOME NOTES:
------------------------------------------------

In this update I have removed the police station, in order to ease performance, which has greatly helped, and also i felt it was a bit out of place, since it was kinda squeezing itself next to the oher stores.Besides, the town hall also offers police services and it now includes a holding cell for prisoners. In its place i have build a little blue house that fits perfectly with the landscape across the school. I have rebuilt the school, which is now a schooolhouse, since i felt the other school i had in previous versions was a bit too big and out of place for this town. I have also seamelessly walled the town, with the exception on the diner area, since it is not very dangerous and also there is a turret placed on top of a high rock that picks up anything from afar. Last, i have fixed any placement and visual errors that i could possibly find, such as misplaced furnitures or building objects like an archway in one of the houses. There arent any other errors regarding visuals and anything should appear as it should.

I tried playing without scrap everything, which was fine most of the time, however sometimes stuff that wasnt  supposed to be there came back to the point i didnt know how to fix it. Installing scrap everything with only the core version with the scrap expansion addon without the dlcs worked like a charm and doesnt impact performance on my end. Its inmportant to have precombines disabled in the cells that affect the town anyway since everything is completely rebuilt and it will look a mess if you dont(unscrappable buildings and trash appear everywhere and stuff like that). If i learn ck or get help from modders i could make a prebuilt version and not a blueprint with its own pecombines and navmeh, but for now it comes as it is as a blueprint, with the landscape tweaks and patch mods.

Please please remember that its a very large and detailed build and some fps drops are expected, especially on weaker PCs.
