Ever come across this lonely little ruined house right across the road of Drumlin Diner? This blueprint rebuilts it into a cozy little home with all the conforts you might need. Almost every appliance is functional for your survival needs, and all the lights and lamps are switchable. The perfect little home for your Sole survivor!

Instructions:
So the build area of this mod is quite larger, but i only touched the house and nothing else. Roadside Shack Player Settlement is Required for the settlement functions and also my esp plugin that removes the ruined house and tweaks the landscape a bit, so the blueprint can build the rebuilt version. My esp plugin is required to import this mod as intented as well. Put my plugin in the data folder, and the blueprint in an empty folder F4se>Plugins>Transfersettlements>blueprints. in The only thing that you probably need to remove yourself is 2-3 furnitures that dont wanna be removed through creation kit for some reason, and any folliage and trees that are in the way, if you play with A Forest mod. Other than that the house is ready to simply be imported.

These bellow are only for furniture and decorating so the house is imported as intented. Feel free to exclude any you dont want:
