About this mod
A built of Pre-War Red Rocket to actually serve as a proper shop with working vending machines, a shop vendor and crafting stations. Also added a lavatory behind the build and a small cabin for the workers across the street. Works amazingly if you also have my Sanctuary Hills bp:D

Installation:
Manually extract the bp file in a folder located in Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints. Scrap the Doors, furnitures and the light fixtures inside the building, outside and on the rooftop. Use a mod like Scrap Everything to do so. Download every mod listed bellow. This bp uses the Settlement Ambush Kit but you can also play without it as you'll just only be missing some security cameras and the monitor.he bp uses Clean and Simple- Red Rocket Startup as its base, or Super Clean and Simple Sanctuary with Red Rocket Startup if you wanna use it along my Real Sanctuary Hills Restoration Settlement Blueprint!.
