This is my masters' contest entry with a redesigned LVL 3.
HEAVY municipal focus.
Rusty Scrap City nearly dies to disease, then transforms into a city reminiscent of Pre-War! Clean, crisp, a little slice of the Old World in the middle of the Commonwealth.
Includes training plots for Agility, Perception, and Intelligence. Will require an import of skilled Endurance workers for the Agricultural plot at LVL 1.
Produces an excess of power and water AND has a Communications, Hospital, and Power Transfer plot to support the surrounding region.
Your city plan will look NOTHING like mine if you don't use the required add-on packs!
