!! DISCLAIMER !! : This is not actually 'Patches for ECO' anymore due to the way ECO works in this current version with its new entry point system, it's more of 'NEO but for modded armor + Corrected Underarmor slots'.
These patches will add attachment points which works with ECO system, legendary attachment, and adjusting biped slots so the defense is calculated correctly. Most mod armor only use slot 33 (Body) but it also meant the character will not be correctly protected.
I haven't done any extra INNR edit because I don't use it, this is mostly for personal use, but I upload it in case any would find it useful.
Mod Included :

- Outfits that uses only body slot 33 is changed so it uses underarmor biped slot for damage calculation function
- Overcoat that uses underwear slots is moved to Slot 55
- Backpacks is standardized at slot 54
- Add Legendary Slot to everything
- Add Ballistic Weave to hats and outfits
