This is my fifth settlement build from 2018, finally for download!




General note: My blueprints have a growing list of requirements. I am aware that this makes them unsuitable for most people. I didn't design my settlements with blueprints in mind. I'm only making them available now because I'm been asked a lot over the years. So now I provide the service for the few people who might actually go along with the requirements for whatever insane reason. ;)

CAUTION:
This settlement is one of my biggest ones and causes MASSIVE lag!
The frame rate drops down to about 20 at times on my rig (i7-4790k/GTX 1080Ti).
Took me 60min to export it and about 15min to import.


FEATURES:

This is a massive town with a ton of settlers and animals. My tinker town produces weapons, ammo and fireworks. But go ahead and produce whatever you want!

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please scrap all items inside the houses. Once imported, you'll need to scrap a few trees (like the one clipping into the gun shop).

KNOWN ISSUES:

  • The logic gates are broken. There are three: gun shop garage door, factory garage door and the side entrance. Just delete each logic
    gate, replace and rewire it and you're good. Takes only a minute.
  • The fireworks ball track contraption will go off on its own. It needs to be repaired and also rewired, possibly replacing the ball triggers, otherwise they'll stay on (green).
  • The radstorm siren is unpowered after import. Once wired, it should work as intended, going off when a radstorm approaches. Unfortunately the mod is gone, so this is only relevant to people who have the mod "Radiation Detector" installed.

Mod that has disappeared: Radiation Detector.


Note: Several of the smaller workshop mods I used in the beginning became
redundant after installing Workshop Rearranged and other big mods.
However, I never went back and replaced these to keep the required mod
count down. I never intended to upload my settlements! Apologies for the
bloated requirements!

INSTALLATION:
You should have F4SE, HUDFramework, and Transfer Settlements installed.
Drop the downloaded file into the Data folder. This blueprint uses slot 8. If you already have a blueprint there, back it up! Or put the Json file in a different slot of your choosing.
