In his travels he came across the Starlight Drive-in one look and he knew this was the perfect place for his White City. After years his dream was finish he spent many happy years in his White City until his passing. Years later you the lone survivor have come across this once great city but the years have not been kind and now it is up to you to bring the tired city back. Are you up to the challenge.
