Requires many excellent mods.

After many weeks of focused building and determination, Fallout 4: Commonwealth Creators presents-  the Wasteland Architect series of transfer settlement blueprints, for use with the mod of the same name. Debuting with a massive, detailed metropolis at Sanctuary Hills! Inspired by GROD4L's infamous build.

Please read this description in its entirety, I will be brief.

Here, the Sole Survivor and the wasteland's many settlers and companions, can find all the amenities of big city life, and more!

Here is a short video walk through!

<<<my apologies for the audio, these will improve>>>

There are many photos available to view, please read the captions to understand how to use this settlement.

Please take note: you will need to remove EVERYTHING from Sanctuary Hills EXCEPT for the road, bridge, and concrete bridge pylons. do not scrap the original statue near the entrance! I use a mod called "Empty Sanctuary Hills" to accomplish this with ease!

The city is built within the Vanilla boundaries, but there are a few wall objects which lie just outside the northern boundary. I use a mod called "Place Everywhere" to let me build in those specific spots. You may or may not need a boundary breaker akin to that to have a good experience with the wall on those specific spots. Let me know, eh?

This settlement contains roughly 9300 objects. My system is an I5 GTX 1050 paired with 16gb RAM, circa 2011. If you are running a modern system (I7, 1060 or higher) you should have a great time with this settlement. Frames may drop when viewing from specific "all inclusive" angles. Understanding how to prioritize your performance settings will go a long way to optimizing your experience.

Yes, the mod requirements are many and great. However, I have been doing this for many years and can attest to the stability of the load order. I Have included my Plugins.TXT for your reference in the files sections to cross reference with your own. My apologies if mods are no  longer available or have been moved.

REGARDING USO PACK AND WORKSHOP REARRANGED *TOGETHER*

Why not use both? That's what I do. USO has some stuff that WR doesn't, and vice versa. One of the best parts of WR is that stuff snaps together, unlike USO. So I use WR for stuff like fences and support beams because the USO ones are a pain to place without snapping. Use the patch, linked in the requirements, and keep it under USO and WR in your load order.

There is an absolute minimum of interior design included in the settlement. All of my systems capabilities went into crafting the exteriors. They are facades like an old Hollywood movie set. This is just fine for me as I dont plan on spending much more time here, I must move on, another settlement needs my help! If your system has the juice, you can trick out the interiors to your liking.

Settlement has two beds with room for so many more, a LOT of vendor spaces (with no stores built), 480 power, a similar amount of water, and ZERO defense. I leave that last part to you. There are more wireless lights than I care to count, and they are all, for the most part, powered by an "Additional Pylon" from the "Power Everywhere" mod. Have a look at the pictures tab for important details.

The Arena is functional! Death matches for everyone!

I truly hope you enjoy!
