After scrapped everything, i've re-builded the brick-building using Snappy HouseKit, the port with Ground and Snappy HouseKit, a more large diner with Bob's Iguana Diner.
45 beds, 400 energy, 999+ defence, 40+ food, 120 water and all the shops avayable.

After scrapped everything, i've re-builded the brick-building using Snappy HouseKit, the port with Ground and Snappy HouseKit, a more large diner with Bob's Iguana Diner.
45 beds, 400 energy, 999+ defence, 40+ food, 120 water and all the shops avayable.
Create a folder "41" in your "Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\" path.
If you already have a folder with "41" number, rename with another and not used number.
So, first thing: complete the mini-quest with Phyllis Daily ( http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Phyllis_Daily ), consulting her computer, reading her thing, whatever. Then open console and write "scrapall". Enter. Magic.
Everything disappear.
So you must rebuild all with Transfer Settlements and this blueprint.
After imported, wait 24\48 game-hours. Then return to your settlement, and then you can scrap Brahmin Traps, Cat traps, dog Traps if you don't want them. Or if you already reached the number of beast you want.
No skimpy or nude picture this time, sorry. I had problems because of people who do not like them, and because of mine forgetfulness to insert in the tags "skimpy" and "naked".

> Easy Homebuilder and Working Double Beds (Rebuild your Sanctuary) Not so optional. Doors and many things come from this mod.

> Multiple Floors Sandboxing - Reccomanded
> Office and Store Buildings - For diner's door, compatible with Autodoors.
> Real Troughs - New Brahmin Feeders (standalone) - Optional, just for one brahmin feeders and one caravan post. The rest have nukaworld or vanilla feeders and vanilla caravan post
> Settlement Objects Expansion Pack NEEDED for cooking stove, lights, glass floors and some more objects, included some modification for the barn and the greenhouse.
> Settler Sandbox Expansion Reccomanded
> SnapBeds - Usable Bunk Beds - Mix and Match Beds - Optional, if you want use classic\vanilla, just remember there's almost 20 rooms to fill.
> Snappy HouseKit - Needed. All the structure, all the port (with Ground) is builded with this.
> Starlight Drive-In And Diner - Lighting - Optional, for the diner's light
> The Master Plan - Needed for Bob's Iguana Diner
> Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints
