Removes the broken heavy breathing that doesn't go away when you use your stamina up (usually sprinting)

A 90% fix for the 'stuck heavy breathing' glitch many of us have been harrassed by for too long.
I replaced the actual dialogue files for the 'out of breath' gasping with silent ones, but the character still thinks they're trying to start gasping so their mouth stills moves slightly. It's better than always hearing HUFF-PUFF HUFF-PUFF in your speakers or headphones when you're relaxed and at full stamina, but I would like to even remove that small amount of leftover lip movement, if anyone has an idea how to.
