1) Many dialogues were written assuming this- your spouse stays at home more often than the farmer, doing more housework and parenting, and the farmer is always not at home, so there are things happened at home that the farmer didn't see.
2) Your children will not use any pronouns (she/he/they etc) for your spouse. They will always mention them as Daddy or Mummy or anything else you set in the confg file.
3) You can expect to see new lines for at least 3 years in game because the dialogues are random. Your children have 4 dialogues per day (before 12am, before 7pm, when sleeping and reading). Every time you talk to them, you can expect around 30% of chance to see dialogues that will mention either your spouse, the other npc, or content related to certain mod.
4) The original lines from Shaklin are edited in a way to make them less repetitive, and basically you should not encounter both kids saying same thing at the same time (can happen in the original mod).
5) Please report any typo in the bug section. Preferably with the screenshot and smapi log.

You may translate the text into spanish, just keep all the codes intact, and the name in [ ], such as Haley in [Haley] must be in English, this is to allow the children use the spouse title if such npc is your spouse.
Hello I have a quick question, this mod is only in English? I know the Unique Children Talk mod needs traduction to put it in other languages. I ask because English is not my first language😅
does this mod require you to start from the beginning- like when the child was a baby? Cus I have done the instructions and SMAPI isn't showing any issues about this mod but for some reason I still can't get it to work? HELP TwT. Aside from installing both files and and replacing the unique children talk from each other, and configuring it after loading, am I missing something?
Make sure you are close enough to the toddler and you have to click on them if you are using mouse. If it still doesn't work, you may need to submit your smapi log on the modpage of Unique Children Talk.
in your highly recomended mods you mentioned "adorable kid portraits" but its now hidden. Any suggestions instead of that mod ? Becuse i realy want kid portraits
How do I check if the mod installed correctly? I extracted the UCT files into the mods folder, then extracted IUCT files onto my desktop, and copied those into the mods folder and pressed the Windows prompt to replace existing files.
If you have replaced the files you should have installed correctly. If you notice sometime the kids are talking about your spouse, mention other npcs' names, then you will know IUCT has been installed correctly, because the original UCT does not have these dialogues.
You forgot to add the portraits folder for custom portraits in the new version! I got around it by just replacing the dialogues folder instead of all the assets in case anyone else was worried about this ignore my goofy self

In 3.00 Version, IUCT can detect the other Expansion / NPCs MODs used, and get the relevant dialogues for your kids automatically.
You will not see those lines if you do not have those NPCs installed.
