A massive thanks to 336sec who ported the mod to Skyrim SE.
Skyrim SE Version

Regarding all updates: If you've been using the home since version 1.0
First - Thank you! I hope you like it.
Second - You don't need to reinstall, move your stuff or do anything, this is as plug and play as it gets. Just overwrite the files and you are good to go.

The changes ONLY affect the Altar of Molag Bal, the home remains exactly the same.

Scripts?!
The mod only uses three (Fire and forget) scripts for the spell to teleport the player to Coldharbour, summon your dremora servant and the blood chalice, that's all. None create save issues.

DESCRIPTION:

I wanted a small easy to access (with fast loading times) House, The fortress is comparable in size to any vanilla home but in addition has large areas to conjure things and roam around a little. It's fully navmeshed, uses idle markers, etc.
I was planning to create a quest to obtain the scroll that gives you the power to teleport to Coldharbour but that will take a while so for now at least you get it in your inventory as soon as you start the mod.

PLEASE REFER TO THE "ARTICLES" SECTION FOR MORE INFORMATION ON ANY OF THE NEW ADDITIONS!

AS OF VERSION 2.7

- Mimic Stones allow you to clone crafting materials
(ONLY after you have the "Bloodbound" power from the "Herald of Bal")
2 bowls of coalesced azure plasm produce 1 mimic stone at a smelter.
1 Mimic Stone + 1 Ore = 2 Ores (works for all vanilla Ores including Stalhrim)
1 Mimic Stone + 1 Gem = 2 Gems (works for all vanilla Gems, but not flawless)

- Scroll Crafting, create scrolls inscribed in blood and cast new and familiar spells.
(ONLY after you have the "Mortal/Immortal Coil" perk from the "Herald of Bal")
Finally those paper rolls are worth something, combine them with a blood potion at the altar and create scrolls of otherwise unavailable spells.
Example:
"Summon Werebear Scroll" allows you to create a scroll that summons a Werebear like the "Beast" stone in solstheim.

- Quest rewards at the Altar of Molag Bal, smelter, etc.
After you complete some questlines they unlock new recipes related to that questline.

- "The Ritual of Invocation" book
Allows you to craft a unique spell book to summon a dremora servant that is actually a follower.
That's not all, you get to choose:
- The Gender of the Dremora.
- The Trade: Warrior, Mage or Archer.
Each has specific combat styles, spells, perks, etc.
The Warrior type specializes in: Block, Heavy Armor, One-Handed, Two-Handed.
The Mage type specializes in: Destruction, Restoration, Alteration, Illusion.
The Archer type specializes in: Archery, Light Armor, One-Handed, Sneak.

- "The Herald of Bal" Book
Use the Altar of Molag Bal complete the rituals and claim your rightful place in Coldharbour.
Race Specific abilities (Each race gets different powers, not two heralds are the same) (fully Compatible with custom races)
Mortal & Vampire Specific abilities (Also compatible for custom mortal & custom vampires)
And Finally...
"Aspect of Molag Bal" power
Serve as a conduit to summon the Daedric Lord of Domination once a day and decimate all oposition.

AS OF VERSION 3.4

- Amulet of Molag Bal
- Full set of Coldharbour Daedric Armor
- Set of Coldharbour Daedric Weapons
- 4 Dremora Servant Rings
- 4 new soul exchange recipes for the "Altar of Molag Bal"
2 Filled Black SoulGems: Pice of Coldharobur Daedric Armor (Boots, Gauntlets, Helm & Cuirass)
2 Filled Black SoulGems: Coldharbour Daedric Weapon (Grand Blade, Blade and Dagger)
3 Filled Black SoulGems: Dremora Servant Ring
One of each Filled SoulGems (7 types in total): Molkhun Dra Staff

- Now you can turn all SoulGems and "SoulGem fragments" into Dust to be reformed
into any SoulGem you need. Provided you have Enchanting at level Adept (50) or more.

WHY?

I wanted a zero hassle player home were you don't go through 5 loading screens just to
store an item and 5 more to get back to that dungeon you were exploring.

I liked the look of Coldharbour from ESO (But I've never played the game, don't like MMOs)

WHY NOT...?

Coffins - You get the buff from the bed and not everyone that uses this home is going to be a Vampire, plus you are "technically" in Coldharbour.

Special Items Displays - I thought about it but I don't like to be forced into obtaining items with console commands or leave an empty space where this or that should be. Worse yet doing questlines I dislike.

Larger fortress - It defeats the purpose of what I'm trying to do with this mod, there are plenty of amazing castles that I couldn't even try to replicate like the ones by SkyrimLazz (I used Winterstone Castle for years).

Portal for followers - The way the power works could potentially confuse things or even worse left you trapped in Coldharbour, I could create a door out of bounds that only NPC's could use... ehhhh maybe, I don't know.
If you want to have your spouse with you (Like I did with Brelyna Maryon) I suggest something like Wedding Day by Akarnan
that gives you a power to summon your spouse wherever you may be.
If you pair it with Spouses can live everywhere by Amgepo and Emma you are all set.
Any followers you can summon obviously work fine.

Other things like Merchants, a severed head, Cheese, etc - Suggest something and I'll see what I can do.

PERMISSIONS:

You may use this mod as you like provided it's not for a paid mod, and you give proper credit. (Not just to me but the creators of the resources)
Furthermore if you want to know how anything works inside the home just ask, if it wasn't for people like Darkfox127, I wouldn't know how to use the creation kit, so the least I can do is share what I know.

CREDITS:

Special Thanks to SoN6of6TrediS for allowing me to use his statue of Molag Bal.
The Garden wouldn't be the same without it.
