About this mod
Elder Maxon has given orders for the Sole Survivor and the Brotherhood to build a dance club and bar at the old airport. He firmly believes his troops need a place to let off steam.
- Requirements
- Permissions and credits
0. Save a lot in case you scrap something you want to keep.
1. Travel to Boston Airport
2. You can either clear the airport before the brotherhood shows up or wait until they come and clear it for you.
3. You will need the mod Build High - Expanded Settlements 5.0 -Build High - Expanded Settlements 5.0 at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community
to fully build this settlement.
However, 1 very important rule to follow with Build High - Expanded Settlements
1. Do not install this mod until after you have claimed the airport settlement and have used the command code "scrap all", if you use the command code after you install the mod it will delete most of the airport building.
With the Build High mod now installed you can scrap the remaining items that "scrap all" didn't take care.
4.Scrap all the roads and vehicles within the colored boundary area
5. Scrap all the trash, plants, trees, signs, artwork, seaweed, you might need to use the command code "disable" on a few un-scrapable items.
6. Make sure to scrap all the trash and furniture in the above area of the airport (it's the area above the workbench).
7. If you want you can scrap the old barn, that is sitting just within the extended scrap area, this just opens up the view.
I use the following mod to scrap settlements:
1. Scrap Everything Scrap Everything at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community With the Scrap Everything Automatron Invisible Mesh Fix Patch
BUILDING THE SETTLEMENT
1. Build Transfer Settlement workbench, which is under the power management tab, under miscellaneous tab
2. Select import bp_ottapota_airport_250427160640
3. Make sure you click the box: [Import original items (not built by the Player)]
3. Wait until the blueprint is entirely completed.
SAVING THE GAME
As of late I haven't run into issues saving my game directly after import. If you do, you can either...
1. Wait in the settlement for a couple of in game days and then save your game
2. Walk far from the settlement, I use the god code "tgm", so I won't die and then save my game
** Once your game is saved you can now assign settlers.
Assigning Settlers
1. If you want dancing in the club, you'll need to assign settlers to each dance mat. Same goes for the firing range mats.
Music
I used the mod Your Custom Stations - A Personalized Radio Station Bundle - Your Custom Stations - A Personalized Radio Station Bundle at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community
I then chose the Dance Station and replaced the playlist with music I found on Pixabay.

This is not what I consider to be 100 % lore friendly. If you're looking for a more lore friendly mod, there are some great ones on Nexus.
