a workshop framework layout with some sim settlements 2 plots in mind, a whole renovation of the slog turned into a decent class motel, CC content is essential for the furnished rooms and looks

I made this layout first to have as a backup but decided to share it with you all, especially to the prewar style aficionados like me, since there's not enough pre war-esque layouts, city plans etc.
if you want the layout to look exactly as the pictures you will need to have this mods for the textures:
the rest will be listed in the requirements tab, any issues regarding the layout export be sure to inform me, tried it on diferent saves and worked fine on my end, also feel free to tell me which mods i forgot to list when clicking missing masters when exporting the layout, since it's kinda hard for me to keep track of all the mods i have installed since they're over 345

- Scrap Everything at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) just put it last on your load order, after workshop framework script override file)
