Rebuilt over old building
I leave the tracks.
set up as a scrapping settlement for the Minutemen in my game put a big gun up by the trash if you like...
Feel free to change the scrap stations to suit your needs, I just put one of each for the blueprint.

added new power armor repair facility
added stairwell to river with a couple additional turrets
added some general clutter

Remodeled medical vendor
Remodeled all bedroom sets
hopefully finale version.
