This is the Red Rocket Truck Stop Overhanging Townhouse mansion. 

I made it a few years ago and thought it would be a nice addition if anyone wants to use it.  It has a lot of grass which knocks up the build limit considerably so a mod to increase the build limit would be advised.  I use break the walls down for that however it is no longer available on nexus and i can't find it anywhere.  Red Roses is also missing from nexus but it is just one bush at the top of the stairs.
