About this mod

Abi's Graygarden has everything you need to make tons of food A.S.A.P. Some may call it "A Super Feeder" or even "A Vassel"! This Blueprint Includes a Fully Decorated Player Home, along with free supplies to get started off on the right foot.. or the left, it's up to you! xD

Requirements
Permissions and credits
This Blueprint adds a rusted warehouse right on top of the original concrete paddock, adjacent to the greenhouse. There is now a Raised Garden above the vanilla garden area. I wanted it to look like it was always there, but had been reinforced. The Garden now produces more food than ever before! Combined, Graygarden can now produce over 60 Food! On the inside of the aforementioned warehouse is were the fun begins. I've created for you, not the most elaborate home, but one that feels like it fits into Fallout.. if you know what I mean. It's not the biggest, or even the most decorated but I paid special attention to the little details to give you a Cozy Little Hideaway, free from the humdrum of those annoying settlers!

The crafting benches are provided by The Acclaimed Mod Author Fading Signal, whom inspired me to create my "Artison Crafting Stations"! There is an "All - In One" Mini Crafting Station (weapons, armor, chemistry) just inside the warehouse. There is also a Mini Power Armor Station right next to the Vanilla Workbench! Oh, and I shrunk down an Industrial Water Purifier. It produces 60 water and is made to look as though it was part of the Vanilla Yellow Machinery, Graygarden is known for! Also, Also there is a Mini-Nuka Cola Station provided by CrayonKit. I built and decorated it's display shelf from scratch just for you! (See Pics)

I designed this build as a Standalone Blueprint. However, if your using my other blueprint "Graygarden Overseers Loft" this will fit right in and makes a great addition! (assuming you didn't already build up the area). If you are using The G.O.L. this will make for a really great Follower's Player Home. You could also just turn the whole place into a Raider Vassal, if you have the Nuka World DLC! Remember, to turn this into a vassal, it would require you to have at least one NON-COMPANION "Humanoid NPC" living on the property. At least that's how it works in "vanilla".

I created a cool multi use platform right on the cliffs edge, overlooking the lake. It has a Robot Workbench, ready to go! If you feel the bench is "cheaty", simply SCRAP IT or IGNOR IT, until you talk to ADA. I left it in because it was cool looking, IMO. (with the lights, deco etc.) Also, it makes it easier to get the farm producing a ton of food A.S.A.P. without the need for human settlers! I recommend Mr. Handys, mostly because of the minimal perk requirements, they're quiet and of course, lore. Both Vanilla and OL's (Overseer's Loft). There is also a Salvage Beacon Office right next to it! You could RP whomever is assigned to the Salvage Desk (a trusted friend or follower), can make repairs or create new robot provisioners and workers. BTW, there is one extra living area hidden under the platform, it's very spartan and meant for either the aforementioned human that you'll need to "vassalize" (it's a word) the garden or a simple crash pad.. "It's kind of funny!"

I highly recommend cDante's other Mod "Robot Settlers" which will allow you to modify Graygarden's Original Denizens too! (not required)

**Important**

The only things you'll need to do are, Remove the Vanilla Planters (NOT THE TABLES) in the greenhouse. (Place Everywhere > Scrap Mod > Disable > Mark for Delete, whatever) and you'll want to store the original Muttfruit Trees out in the front and scrap The Old Busted Chain-link Fence, along the side and in front of the greenhouse. I reinforced everything, in a very "immersive" way! Oh, and maybe the farming dirt below the raised garden. Again, NOT required, but it makes it look "older". Although, you could just say the crops were "moved for security". (which is why I did it for my  Graygarden | Simple Settlements video for YT).

Lastly, I did my best to preserve the original vibe of Graygarden. I carefully worked around vanilla static items like bricks and trees (except 1 by accident) Make sure you pick up and or store the old metal buckets, the fertilizer and I believe one broom!? DON'T SCRAP EVERYTHING.. just saying. I love You All! <3
