This Blueprint will add a New Bunker - Player Home, UNDER The Sole Survivor's House. It has all of the Major Amenities, including a fully kitted out workshop, a place to sleep, lots of unique decorations and TONS of storage. Welcome Home!

It's time to fall in love again! This is a 110% reimagining of one of my favorite Vanilla Locations, Home Plate! This Blueprint reworks HP to make it feel more cozy, while still keeping it Lore Friendly! There are now Eight Rooms to explore! I also added a few things to recoup your investment costs. ($2000)

Outpost Jahani is a Small Riverside Apartment, nestled in the Far North East Corner of Sanctuary Hills! It's perfect for The Sole Survivor on the go! It has all the basic amenities, including a small Bedroom, One Bath, A Quant Kitchen and a Large Workshop; complete with an equally large cantilever style deck, with duel power armor racks. Enjoy!

This Is A Simple Clean Up of The Popular Settlement, County Crossing. It removes the un-scrapable shack, the broken house, as well as all the trash and debris. I also removed several shrubs, a few cars and replaced the Old Shack with a metal one. It's basically meant to give you a Clean Pallet to start out with! (Includes New Previsbine Geometry)

This Blueprint Completely Redesigns and Overhauls Every Cabin, Bush and Shrub At Sunshine Tidings Co-Op! At the same time, it sticks to The Original Layout, so that it still feels familiar, to The Veteran Explorer! To use an old saying of My Father's, "It's exactly the same, only different!"

Sunshine Tidings Co-op is one of my favorite locations to build in. This Mod is designed as a Base Pallet for my Transfer Blueprint, Sunshine Tidings Revisited. However, if you decide you want to use it for your own purposes, simply patch the big barn and add some doors.. if you want. It also removes those pesky Dead Ghouls and Settler too!

This Bunker was designed as a launching point for Far Harbor but also as a cozy home away from home. It's perfect for a Survival Playthrough. It is Self Sustainably Personified with it's Custom Mini-Garden and Custom Crafting Areas. It can easily support Four People, if you so choose.

I asked myself.. How could I bring Skyrim's Windhelm into Boston? How might "Fallout" handle it? Nordhagen's New Renaissance, reimagines Nordhagen Beach as a refurbished Renaissance Festival Theme Park. It offers as much unique decoration as I could manage, while still allowing for a pleasant experience FPS wise. Imagine Skyrim meets Nuka World!

What started as a homage to Dead Money (FNV), turned into a much larger bunker split into three sections with eight rooms! It has all the major imitates, crafting, food production, water purification etc. As well as lots of storage for all that precious loot and salvage we can't help but pick up during our adventures! I built this for EVERYONE! <

Originally built to house the wives and small children of the Full-Time Officers at The National Guard Training Yard; County Crossing, at it's height housed and employed several woman in it's on-site green house, commissary and small drug store. With this blueprint, CC will now become a major trading hub for all your needs. (Player Home included)

Abigail's Shipping Container Condo adds a Large, Tri-Level Tower to The Commonwealth's Red Rocket Truck Stop! I also made a few basic upgrades (lighting, kit etc.) to the original garage for Power Armor users. Oh and I made a cozy little bedroom for Dogmeat, indoors. This should be adequate for ANY playstyle, including Hardcore!

This is, as the name implies, a standalone blueprint separate from 'A Simply Thematic Tenpines Bluff'. I just recently updated the aforementioned blueprint to v2. Then I thought what if people don't want 800 items added to their game or JUST WANT AN INTERESTING PLAYER HOME!? Well my friends I got you covered.. AGAIN! (I'm OCD enough for all of us)

After doing another playthrough of Fallout New Vegas, (You may have heard of it?) I thought to myself, Red Rock Drug lab is a cool little mini cell, out of the way and easy to defend! I decided I wanted something like that in FO4! Using a variety a "Scrappy yet Simple" Mods and a little creativity, I came up with a pretty cool little build!

Based on "Gage's Apartment" from My Popular Starlight Raider Capital Build, for The Chaos In Fallout Build Challenge. Survivalist's Nook is a great little apartment for a New Playthrough of any style. The deco is intentionally spars but it has everything you need to get you started. PLUS I added items should you "WANT" to make a full settlement!

Based on one of my favorite Player Homes for my YouTube Channel (Graygarden | Inspired By Frank Lloyd Wright) This is a great little Player Home for people that just want to chill out alone and don't want to listen to settlers complain all the time. All handcrafted, just for you.. well for me.. BUT MOSTLY YOU! (I built this to upload it.)
