Final version of redesigned Sanctuary now available, pictures updated to show changes made, some homes had a complete redesign including structurally, I left the largest house behind the shops empty for you to decorate as you wish. Please enjoy!

THE LONG AWAITED SANCTUARY RELEASE IS FINALLY HERE!
Below are mods required to run the blueprint, you'll need them all. A settlement budget/limit expansion mod is 100% required for this, the one I linked is one I have used, but if you have a better or more preferred one, feel free to let me know in the comments. To better assist you in importing this rather large BP, please use the following steps to avoid being stuck in game for an hour.
Build Your Own Pool was used for the fountain/water area, the mod has a requirement for use, there is a magazine that unlocks its contents inside the control
booth, directly outside Vault 111.
[Tweaking Tip] to Alt Tab without pausing. WARNING - tweak can lead to CTD, use at your own risk. 
Screen tearing is NOT my blueprint, its a known and very common issue with the game itself, altering INI files seems to fix it more often than not, please use the following steps.
Go to C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\My Games\Fallout4.
Open Fallout4Prefs.ini and then change:
iPresentInterval=1
to
iPresentInterval=0
Also change:
bForceIgnoreSmoothness=0
to
bForceIgnoreSmoothness=1
To be sure, you should also change the iPresentInterval in Fallout4.ini.
If you're experiencing an issue where you can not locate my blueprint in game, please use the following steps
1. Right click on your desktop Icon for Fallout 4, select open file location (easier for the common player)
2. Double click on DATA folder
3. Double click on F4SE
4. double click on PLUGINS
5. Double click on TRANSFERSETTLEMENTS
6. Double click on BLUEPRINTS
7. create new folders 1-10 and then rename them as a number 1-10 nothing
else, manually download the blueprint and just move it into one of your
numbered folders
8. if that fails, use your nexus mod installer or Vortex to reinstall transfersettlements, select update all profiles,
make sure your game is NOT running during this, once its finished
reinstalling transfersettlements go back into the game and try again.

- Open Fallout4.ini
- Add bAlwaysActive=1 under the [General] section.
- Save and enjoy!
