Masterwork Architecture Project

This is a Fallout 4 mod. All craftsmanship is of the highest quality. It is encrusted with materials, meshes, and textures. It is adorned with comments, commissions, questions, and suggestions. It is menacing with spikes of creativity.

On the item is an image of Shaostoul and humans in pixels. Shaostoul is surrounded by the humans. The artwork relates to the rise of Shaostoul's first Fallout 4 mod release and subsequent mod releases, educating others how to mod, and releasing content for others to reference while modding.

Hello ladies and gentlemen! You might be asking yourself, "What is the Masterwork Architecture Project?", essentially it's a mod for all of my architectural pieces. It may eventually contain furniture and what not as well but, only time will tell. Some content within this mod may be collaboratively created but, so far it's just me. I'd like to provide a much wider array of stuff to create settlements out of and eventually something even bigger.

Questions - Answers - Facts

Q: What's presently available?
Most pieces come with custom snap points to make certain building aspects a lot faster.
  • 10 Doorways (normal height and full height_
  • 15 Floors (floor, foundation, quarter floor)
  • 10 Roofs (roof and quarter roof)
  • 5 Railing
  • 5 Stairs
  • 15 Walls (normal height, full height, and curved)
  • 20 Windowed Walls (normal height, full height)
  • 11 "Institute Ascends" pieces (wall, full wall, windows, etc.)

Q: Are the performance friendly?
My goal is for them to as performance friendly as possible, especially for consoles. PC version has HD and LD versions, where the HD is 2048x2048 textures and the LD version is 1024x1024. Poly count is as low as I can make it and still keep the look I want. Consoles use LD versions only due to space limitations.

I'm trying to make as many pieces as possible while reusing as many of my textures as possible. That way Xbox users can have as many additions, while using the least amount of hard-drive space.

Q: Are they balanced?
They are not component balanced yet. If someone feels up to taking the time to help out with that, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Q: Do you make everything yourself?
Most everything done by me, new textures by BoissonMedia who runs a YouTube channel about various things. He's creating the textures for "Institute Ascends". Menu injection method by DarthWayne.

Q: Workshop menus are missing, how do I get them back?
Universal Missing Menu Fixer by DarthWayne is what you need.

Q: Do you take suggestions?
I certainly do. Suggestions are based off of what I like and/or first come first served. Patrons/donors will more than likely get priority.

Q: I'd to donate, how can I do that?
Nexus offers a PayPal option. I also have a Patreon and alternate PayPal link. You may also subscribe to my Twitch.tv so you get those benefits, it's $4.99 a month and comes with various benefits I'll try to pass on the Patreon benefits to Twitch subs as well.

Q: Can you help me figure out how to mod?
Most certainly, I even have some done already! It'll take some time to have a full guide, but I plan to record everything I learn.
  • YouTube: For educational, modding, gameplay, and vlogs.
  • Twitch: For the rare when I can stream, educational, modding, and gameplay.
  • Discord: Shaostoul's discord server.
