Adds a walled abbey to Jamaica Plain settlement.

In the year 2288, the Brothers of the 'Order of Our Lady of Mercy', founded an abbey on the former site of a derelict settlement, Jamaica Plain where they could rest, worship their Lady of Light, and contemplate the mysteries of existence. It is their principle home, and base of operations in the Southern Commonwealth. They're tolerated, and even on somewhat friendly terms with the Minutemen of the Castle nearby, but they've had to defend their walls against all others. The grounds are hotly contested, given the strategic value of the site.

Settlement Blueprint for Jamaica Plain
I have provided all the structure, but left decorating details to the individual. This keeps the list of required mods low, and allows for varying aesthetic differences.
The space was cleared using the "Scrap Everything" mod, the console using the, "scrapall" command, and the settlement budget was seen to by, "Increased Build Limit Enhanced 4k".
Requires CDante's excellent, "Transfer Settlements" mod.
