"April 7th, 2287
The General has tasked me with establishing our presence here in Nuka World. After a long and bloody campaign to eliminate the raider gangs, Gunners, and feral ghouls still roaming the park, we have established our headquarters on the location of the old Red Rocket filling station nearby to the village of Bradburton. It took a great deal of effort, and no small amount of digging to remove the ruins and rubble of the old station. Our perimeter is solid, and the essentials are seen to. Tomorrow, we will officially dedicate our outpost as FOB Bradburton, and simultaneously establish the 2nd Battalion, 1st Commonwealth Militia Regiment, of which, I have been informed, I am to take command. Colonel Garvey has a nice ring to it."

This is a large blueprint, with a few core mods being absolutely necessary, and a few that are only required for a couple of minor details. I intended this for a militaristic style playthrough. The command building has what I designed as an armory with a loading dock, a mess hall, lobby entrance, and various extra rooms for guards (or whatever) on the first floor. The two upper floors are identical with their rooms and center above the lobby is open all the way to a skylight. Obviously, I did not decorate to any great extent, as I really wanted to keep the list of necessary mods as small as possible. I have utilized, "Scrap Everything", "Place Everywhere", and DD Productions' "Increased Build Limit Enhanced 4k" to make this blueprint possible.
