IMPORTANT Use console command “Scrapall” and delete any remainingitems before running this TSB. I tend to like thefunctionality of TS blueprints over Player settlement mods, nothing against them just personal preference. That's why I reverse engineered the entire Echo Lake Lumber by deleting the parts that I could in Scrap mode and connecting new parts so my new build would be in the same location as the old parts. Once I did that I did a scrap all and ran the TSB and then filled in the missing pieces. I tried to copy the original items as closely as I could but had to fill in with available pieces where I could not find the exact original items. A couple items I could not find at all were the vertical air ducts on the side of the building and the Logs that could be placed on the sloped conveyer belt. The Stadium was also something I had to try and recreate from other pieces as I could not find anything close to the originals. If you happen to see an item replaced and you know where the original is by all means please let me know. ALL items in this build are accessible via workbench and you can adjust this build for your own tastes as you please. Version 1.0 Uses: 1.Transfer Settlements, 2. Snappy House Kit, 3. Homemaker, 4. G2M Workshop, 5. NDL Warehouse Greenhouse. 90% of the parts used were all found in Snappy Build and the Base Games (With the usual DLCs), The basic warehouse, barn and shelters should all come in using just that. Version 2.0 Uses all the previously mentioned mods plus the following: Very Small Generators 5, 50 & 100, SOE, Vault Pump, Snap Beds, Advanced Settlement Turret set, Functional Displays, OC Decorator, Woody’s Wasteland Stuff, Ground Vanilla, SilesConnectable Electric poles, CWSS Redux, Warehouse Extended, Cabin In The Woods.
