Description:

Adds a new populated or unpopulated vacation world. This is not a regular choose the world to live in world but a vacation world that can only be accessed through the travel menu and only with NRAAS Traveler installed. It does require NRAAS Traveler, without it you cannot access it as without it only China, Egypt, and France can be visited for a vacation.

Ever complete the adventures in France, Egypt, and China then send your sim on vacation to one of them and find there's just nothing really to do so they sit around at their vacation home doing the same things they do at their normal home when they have a day off? Have NRAAS Traveler and send your sim to a normal world and find it to be as exciting as just going to public lots at home? That's the reason for this world. A vacation destination with a little something for everyone with all new parks, restaurants, and bars to visit... lotsa bars as most all parks have one.

Art loving sims can go to the art park, paint, sculpt, or draw, grab a drink from the bar then visit the art gallery. Sporty sims can visit the gym for half a workout and then go to the sports park to finish the workout, dance, practice golf, or swim in the ocean and get that drink from the bar. There's a park for virtuoso sims to do some DJ fun or play music, maybe dance or have a drink at the bar. The public garden and nectary has plants for gardener sims and a bar at both for drink. Genius sims have a park they can make potions, play chess, do some karaoke, or play with a telescope, try to catch a robot fish or just drink at the bar... and that's not all.

There are 3 base camps, a campground for loving the outdoors, The Cabins for couples, and a hotel for the whole family. Sadly the game doesn't allow you to choose which one is your sims base after buying property, you get a choice of the purchased property or The Cabins. But the adventure notice boards in all 3 work to give your sim an opportunity to complete though not anything adventure like. I got a win a chess tourney, go play guitar in Egypt, and one I cannot remember. They have an allowed on public lots stove mod I made for this world but sadly your sim can't use it unlike the stove in China and France. Kitchens in the cabins and hotel as well as a stove in every restaurant so I am not removing it... stupid restrictions.

.A nectary. Has all the nectar grapes planted, a bar, filled nectar racks for tasting, and racks for buying in the cellar. Register sells nectar, racks, and nectar makers. 100% fully functional without the tomb... Or is there a small one?

.4 restaurants (WA food Cash register).

.1 bookstore/spa rabbithole with grocery on the same lot.(vacation homes can use a grocery store for rubber duckies or whatever else the food register doesnt sell, bookstore is redundant though.)
.1 WA relic and supplies cash register shop, relic only sells some metal or gems to get smelted or cut and the supplies sells nothing. Why EA? Just Why? Put some generic relics from each world without collections in the relic register, and add basic supplies to the other. Otherwise you wasted your time making those available to place in any world. Anywho you can send that RGM collector to buy some or any sim to just look around... or just never visit the place.
.4 scuba diving spots. Level required to dive at 0, 3, 6, and 9.
.2 beaches. 1 with a bar, 1 without.
.Plenty of salt water fish spawners, 2 ocean fishing spot.
.2 fresh water fishing spots.
.A Junkyard with inventing workbenches.
.A hangout spot with the Late Night food truck. It also has an arcade(more of a rec center) for sims to play games. It's large enough to add more games or outdoor rec items like the ferris wheel mod if you have them.
. Collection spawners all over the island, atleast 2 of each except minor pets.
.Excavation spot spawners all over the island. Only tested one of them and got a gem or something but it was a generic one from the available spawners so I didn't expect much from it.(all of them might be just as generic though they are the same that's used in the WA worlds.)
.1 EA made house that can be purchased as a vacation home.
.3 empty lots for making your own vacation home., 1 30x30 lot, 1 beach lot, and 1 ultimate tiny hose lots that's 5x5 so only a 4x4 tile home can be made on it.
.3 base camps, 1 is a campground with tents setup and a couple empty spots if you brought your own tent. 1 with 8 cabins. 1 hotel like in France.

Known issues:
1. The art park has sculpture stations, sadly you cannot add the sculptures to the family inventory and sims won't take them. They will sell them or you can use the build/buy cheat on the lot and place them somewhere in the park. But you can have sims sculpt even with that restriction.
2. Sometimes a Sim will decide they cannot route from one lot to another even if sending them to the sidewalk first and they decide it's OK. No idea on why, just another bit of buggy routing.
3. Sometimes they will refuse to enter one of the beach lots while not having any trouble leaving it and you will find locals at the beach and even watch them walk onto it. Routing says it's fine, there's no fences in the way... Just Why? Teleport cheat or zeneport onto the beach works.
4. Tourists and adventurers will not spawn until you have visited the world they originate from atleast once.

Optional CAW files available, you can modify the world yourself.

Includes several mods I have made for worlds, they are optional to install but you will find the replacement to maybe not work well. There is no CC or mods built into the worlds sims3package file.

Install:
Unzip into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 folder. If you have some of my worlds or mods already you may get prompted to overwrite some files, it's safe to do so or not.
Install Emerald Island.Sims3Pack with the Sims 3 Launcher.
If you don't want the included mods only install the "downloads" folder from the download or delete all mods that start with jet4571 from the Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder that were included in the download if you have not downloaded any of my other mods.
