Adds a purple flame spell to Skyrim. 30 base damage, 24 cost. Adept level spell that uses the flame perks. I made this because I like the Flames spell because it doesnt go boom when hitting and launching all the loot I may want to pick up everywhere but it gets rather useless as the game progresses. So I made this, it ignores resistance and is quite strong, a little OP at low levels but so is fireball. .

The tome can be found at Anises cabin or on 3 spellswords, one is in the woods someplace in Riften to be discovered and the other two wander Skyrim, 1 up north and the other south. They are hostile and will attack on site and walk from one side of the map to the other so could come at you from anywhere.
