Description:

Adds a new playable world to Sims 3. New game will start in a fully functional but unpopulated world Included is a save file from a new game start without a household chosen/created/moved in(currently in edit world mode). Beyond populating the houses it's the same as the unpopulated world. Just choose the save instead of start a new game, right away save as a new save so the original is untouched, then return to game setup for the start a new game part.

.In the world is the usual places of work and to visit.
.Has Llama Memorial Stadium and Hoi Palloi Event Center so you can have a sports sim and a singer(or other performer) in the same world and play a game and a concert at the same time. Llama doesn't allow concerts you can control so there's that too.
.Has the Plumbob movie studio for those acting Sims to have work.
.3 public beaches, 2 is just a beach for a sim to buy and fix up.
.1 chess park with chess and domino tables... no more sporty sim deciding to play chess in the park or swap the chess with a table before even starting the game. Not every park needs chess EA.
.A Sim Fu dojo.
.A nectary. Has all the nectar grapes planted, a bar, filled nectar racks for tasting, and racks for buying in the cellar. Register sells nectar, racks, and nectar makers. 100% fully functional without the tomb... I didn't make one lol.
.Porta-Party, Micks, Flying V's, and a performance park for performers or just to visit.

.2 consignment shops, not the crappy one EA puts in worlds... they are my crappy ones lol.
.2 dive bars.
.A dance club. You might want to shut off the strobe lights lol.
.An Equestrian center.
.A cat and dog pet park.
.A Laundromat.
.A resort on a beach but in need of an investor... it's just sand right now.
.3 scuba diving spots. Good for practicing Scuba and collecting fish or whatever and using NRAAS Traveler mod to take a vacation to Isla Paradiso to explore it's dive spots.
.4 ports but none are built, just lots right now.
.A 64x64 empty lot for the Seasons Expansion Festivals.
.8 unpopulated residential lots. 3 of these are starter affordable homes these are a 1, 2, and 3 bedroom home.
.8 empty ready to build in residential lots.(beach lots need building in, they are not flat due to having a beach so placing a prebuilt home doesn't work well.)
.41 residential lots populated in the save file. 49 total with homes in the world.
.Collectable spawners.
.Plenty of salt water fish spawners, 2 ocean fishing spots.
.2 fresh water fishing spots plus 1 in the big park, graveyard, junkyard, and behind the science building.
.Junkyard is also a bar.
.A beach side hangout spot, this is for if you have a mod that allows you to place the Late Night food truck.( foodtruck Enabled ) It also has a small arcade for sims to play games and is right next to the beach so not useless if you don't add the food truck.

The Sims that populate the world in the save file are a wide variety of personalities, there's a Goth family with Amelia Goth as the matriarch, 1 Landgraab household with Christine in it, her father passed away and she chose to move to the island to get her art on and though she enjoys a bit of luxury she doesn't like mansions because she feels like a marble in an empty mason jar when living in one. If you like mansions and wealth there's the Hamptons. Some oddities such as the coward military couple, the unibrow twins + daughter of one of them, the cat lady and dog man, full house of insane sims, 8 musically inclined sims living together, or the foster mother with 6 foster children. there's 2 retired elderly couples, some normal families, and a bunch of singles.

Screenshot host is Mandie Madison of 1 Salt Street, a modest little 1 bedroom trailer home. She enjoys photography and works as a journalist. She hoped they would provide a camera, they didn't but it's a job and she needs the money to afford a good camera so she can fulfill her lifetime wish and get a better car and place to live.

Optional CAW files available, you can modify the world yourself.

I think that about does it. Play from the save file or spend a weekend adding sims to empty houses with a new game before creating the family you want to play. Or if you are a masochist use CAW to redo everything lol.

Install:

Put SealandIa.Sims3Pack into your Sims 3 Downloads folder and install it with the Sims 3 launcher.
Copy the 2 folders inside the Save File folder and put them in your Sims 3 save file folder.

Optional For CAW, place the folders into the CAW folder.
