Description:

Adds a new playable world to Sims 3. New game will start in a fully functional but unpopulated world with many lots unnamed. Included is a save file from a new game start without a household chosen/created/moved in(currently in edit world mode). Beyond naming lots and populating the houses it's the same as the unpopulated world. Just choose the save instead of start a new game, right away save as a new save so the original is untouched, then return to game setup for the start a new game part.

.In the world is the usual places of work and to visit.
.Has Llama Memorial Stadium and Hoi Palloi Event Center so you can have a sports sim and a singer(or other performer) in the same world and play a game and a concert at the same time. Llama doesnt allow concerts you can control so theres that too.
.Has the Plumbot movie studio for those acting Sims to have work.
.2 public beaches, 1 is just a beach for a sim to buy and fix up.
.1 chess park with chess and domino tables... no more sporty sim deciding to play chess in the park or swap the chess with a table before even starting the game. Not every park needs chess EA.
.A Sim Fu dojo. Only time I checked it in the game nobody was practicing... everyone was fighting over the tiny pool.
.A nectary. Has all the nectar grapes planted, a bar, filled nectar racks for tasting, and 6 racks for buying in the cellar. Register sells nectar, racks, and nectar makers. 100% fully functional without the tomb... I didnt make one lol.
.Porta-Party, Micks, Flying V's, and a performance park for performers or just to visit.

.A consignment shop, not the crappy one EA puts in worlds... it's my crappy one lol.
.A dive bar.
.A dance club. You might want to shut off the strobe lights lol.
.An Equestrian center.
.A cat and dog pet park.
.A Laundromat.
.A resort on a beach but in need of an investor... it's just sand right now.
.1 scuba diving spot. Good for practicing Scuba and collecting fish or whatever and using NRAAS Traveler mod to take a vacation to Isla Paradiso to explore it's dive spots.
.4 ports but only one is functional so you can use a houseboat(have to add that yourself). The other 3 are for you to add ports and houseboats if you wants Sims to live on them.
.A 60x60 empty lot for the Seasons Expansion Festivals, It's near the stadium. Copy the one from Apaloosa Plains, it will fit.
.2 30x30 empty lots in the downtown area for any stores Supernatural might add, I don't have the expansion so no clue here. Good for store stuff maybe?
.7 empty beach and 12 normal empty residential lots. 1 of the empty lots is on it's own island on the islands beach(Towns beach faces it). Tons of places you can add a lot yourself though landscape editing may be needed.
.39 residential lots puplulated in the save file out of 41 total with homes. Some of these do not have smoke alarms or a garbage can in the kitchen so be sure to check before your no cooking skill sim starts cooking on that crappy stove.
.1 prebuilt single bedroom starter home and 1 prebuilt 2 bedroom though more expensive than the starting money will allow you to buy.
.1 small island park(between the private island and the wealthy people). Added so Sims will use the boats I gave them lol.
.Collectable spawners up the wazoo. If you could hotkey the original Collection Helper choices and cycle through them fast the island will light up like a blinking X-Mass tree. The private island just has butterfly spawners, If you could name things like that I probably would have named it Butterfly island.
.Plenty of salt water fish spawners though only 1 fresh water pond and the central park for fresh water fish + graveyard for deathfish and the science facility for robot fish. Theres a pond in the junkyard but I can't remember what I put in it.
.Small pet spawners on public lots, should be atleast 1 of each. CAW wouldnt allow me to place them with the collectables so if it's not on a public lot then don't bother looking for that parrot or snake to have as a pet or to sell it.
.Junkyard is also a bar.
.A beach side hangout spot, this is for if you have a mod that allows you to place the Late Night food truck.( foodtruck Enabled ) It also has a small arcade for sims to play games and is right next to the beach so not useless if you don't add the food truck.

The Sims that populate the world in the save file are a wide variety of personalities and some interesting characters. Bob Slob a mausoleum worker was kind enough to give us a tour for screenshots... he bought the most expensive bottle of nectar from the register and got $50k for his trouble. He's a bit of a slob if you cannot tell. There are no premade celebrities or vampires, I am sure the game will add them if you let it. I didnt add any homeless sims or custom role sims like a mailman or a bartender, the game will add them to the empty world so you cannot even use it for some post apocalypse world without getting mail and the newspaper. I added them in one save and the game decided it wanted to get it's lag spikes in. I gave the majority a vehicle to drive around in, some do not, some have boats and/or jetski's too. The only supernatural sims are 2 plumbots, a mummy, and a genie. 1 plumbot lives in the trailer park across the street from her creator and the other 3 live together on a beach and are quite rich. There are 2 other rich families, the Deth's and the Goode's last names have an obvious meaning but seeing the Deth family and their house says it all about them. You got a crazy cat lady and crazy dog man living in the same neighborhood... they share allot of traits but will their pet preferences get in the way of love?.. they will prevent them from moving in together though. Theres a dude bro lifeguard living in a watch tower and a paranoid military guy living in a bunker. 2 sets of twins living next to each other that are polar opposites(same household) so that could be some interesting relationships. 1 full house all with the insane trait... you will know their house when you see it. 1 house with 8 young adult sims that are not related could be some drama in that house. In the same neighborhood is a woman with 6 kids and nobody is related... she has her work cut out for her(she did well enough when I used that family and they were amazing when I was done). There are quite a few boring families. No elderly only... I just remembered I forgot them.

Optional CAW files available, you can modify the world yourself. The thumbnail will have to be set again before exporting.

I think that about does it. Play from the save file or spend a weekend adding sims to empty houses with a new game before creating the family you want to play. Or if you are a masochist use CAW to redo everything lol.

Install:

Put Rolling Hills Island.Sims3Pack into your Sims 3 Downloads folder and install it with the Sims 3 launcher.
Copy the 2 folders inside the Save File folder and put them in your Sims 3 save file folder.

Optional For CAW, place the folders into the CAW folder and RollingHills2Thumbnail.png someplace easy to remember.
