Adds a new populated or unpopulated playable world. In the world is the usual places of work and to visit, summary below.

The sims mostly live in 4 neighborhoods, you have the poor sims living in a trailer park, 1-2 bedroom trailers... well bedroom and shed for 2 bedrooms. Then there's the 2-3 bedroom middle class neighborhood. A 3-4 bedroom upper middle class/lower upper class neighborhood. And a 3 lot wealthy neighborhood, 1 empty and 2 populated. The rest are in homes scattered on the 2 smaller islands.

They are a variety of different families, a little of everything to fill the local jobs and some have pets like the cat lady and dog dude. You have 6 insane sims living in a beach house whos nearest neighbors are the town stylists who have a very unique style. All the poor trailer park sims are intentionally unemployed so they will take up cash register jobs. The workplace bosses can be any of the sims that work there, when you assign one a job EIG creates homeless sims and employees them there and makes one the boss because EA. I removed the homeless, they will get generated when you start a new game but not be your sims boss at the diner or whatever.

This island world includes mods, retextured school and city hall. Some vehicles made available to be placed on community lots(they are not buyable in the vehicle section, just Buydebug). Converted the criminal building from Starlight Shores into a military building and gave it a little retexturing. There there's 3 roofs, some wood and floors, and a pool edge floor. And last but not least a retextured food truck that's placed at the hangout. I kept them in mod format rather than installed with the world so they can be used in other worlds by anyone that wants to use them. 3 of them were previously uploaded so if you downloaded them overwriting is safe to do.

Not much more to say about the world other than see for yourself and the summary...

.Has Llama Memorial Stadium and Hoi Palloi Event Center so you can have a sports sim and a singer(or other performer) in the same world and play a game and a concert at the same time. Llama doesn't allow concerts you can control so there's that too.
.Has the Plumbob movie studio for those acting Sims to have work.
.1 chess park with chess and domino tables... no more sporty sim deciding to play chess in the park or swap the chess with a table before even starting the game. Not every park needs chess EA.
.A Sim Fu dojo.
.A nectary. Has all the nectar grapes planted, a bar, filled nectar racks for tasting, and racks for buying in the cellar. Register sells nectar, racks, and nectar makers. 100% fully functional without the tomb... I didn't make one lol.
.Porta-Party, Micks, Flying V's, and a performance park for performers or just to visit. Fixed Sims going to the back employee door at Porta Party, I deleted the door added a new dumpster and replaced the existing dumpster with one that allows diving.
.Hogans Deep Fried Diner.
.Consignment shop, not the crappy one EA puts in worlds... It's my crappy one lol.
.2 dive bars.
.A dance club.
.An Equestrian center.
.A horse training grounds.
.A cat pet park.
.A dog pet park.
.1 large park.
.1 childrens playground(flagged as large park)
.1 public garden.
.1 artist park.
.1 golf and hopscotch park. Name for a golf driving range popped into my head so made it in about 10 seconds lol.
.A Laundromat.
.A resort on a beach but in need of an investor... it's just sand right now.
.4 scuba diving spots. Good for practicing Scuba and collecting fish or whatever and using NRAAS Traveler mod to take a vacation to Isla Paradiso to explore it's dive spots.
.2 fully functional ports. Needs houseboats though.
.1 main beach that's fully setup next to the downtown.
.A 64x64 empty lot for the Seasons Expansion Festivals.
.Plenty of salt water fish spawners, 1 ocean fishing spot.
.1 fresh water fishing spot plus graveyard, junkyard, 3 small parks, and behind the science building.
.A Junkyard.
.A hangout spot with the Late Night food truck. It also has an arcade(more of a rec center) for sims to play games. It's large enough to add more games if you have them.
.1 empty home setup for gardening.
.1 empty home setup for a horse ranch.
.1 empty home setup for nectar making.
.72 total residential lots, 46 are populated, 12 are empty homes, 14 empty lots.
.4 islands, 1 main island, 1 with the wealthy neighborhood and all the live performance lots except Hoi Paloi. 1 with the empty resort several homes and empty lots, and 1 with just a single empty lot for that Sim that wants no neighbors.
.More than enough places to add your own lots.
.1 empty commercial lot.

Optional CAW files available, you can modify the world yourself. These are the populated world, unpopulated world, and the Sims from my bin used to populate the world. as separate downloads. If you plan on making changes to the home lots with the populated world CAW file do it in EIG mode and also if changing the Sims themselves requires being careful. The bin Sims are available for the unpopulated world so you can populate it again and have fun with careers and homeless Sim bosses, or just to play in other worlds. Includes the ground textures I used to make the world, the grass is the normal and Nile grass mixed so it looks the same from a distance but it's not, comes in 3 shades, light, medium, and dark plus flower versions of them. 2 sands, and a dirt texture. Feel free to use them on your own worlds.

In CAW the mod items will not show as the correct ones, this is just visual in CAW. Exported and in EIG they show as the correct ones. If it bugs you there's guides on getting CAW to use mod packages.

Known issues...
Sims career bosses are all over the place making little sense and NOT what I wanted due to EIG deciding to populate the world with homeless Sims and making one a boss of every one of the first Sims I set for that career that was supposed to be the boss.

From the air and when driving to the freshwater fishing spot half the water doesn't show. This is just an LOD bug and is fine when a sim is on the lot.

If you have a sim go to the side of a road not next to an entertainment lot they may decide to go swimming and then yell about not being able to get to the water. Even if they are 20 floor tiles away from the ocean and can walk down to the water without issue.

"Some of the populated homes are barely decorated and your home layouts suck." Indeed. I am neither an architect nor an interior designer so you get sucky layouts and badly decorated.
