Navmesh patches for various Solitude overhauls and Improved Solitude Windmill.
Covered mods:
Mods confirmed not to need a patch:
Any mods that only edit the Solitude exterior shouldn't need a patch either. Some examples are Solitude Docks (Updated), RedBag's Solitude Docks Updated, Enhanced Solitude Docks and The Great City of Solitude.
Mods that probably do require a patch, but the patch in question needs fixing first:
Installation:
Mod manager strongly recommended. The FOMOD should automatically choose the correct patch for you.
The patches work with any and all of the versions available on the Improved Solitude Windmill page. The OCS version is naturally recommended when used in conjunction with OCS.
There are so many overhauls and combinations for this spot that it's likely I forgot some of them. Feel free to suggest yours in the comments.

The updated patch between Bells of Skyrim and Dawn of Skyrim pinned in the Bells of Skyrim posts section does not include Solitude, even though the navmeshes there conflict. So if you use these mods together, choose the patch for whichever loads later in your load order.
