Replaces the model for Solitude Windmill, allowing players to reach to top floor, as well as adds a grinder.

Replaces swindmill.nif, comes with an optional esl file that adds a grinder and some clutter. The esl file doesn't contain navmeshes for maximum compatibility.

- Updated collision allows players to jump off the bridge
