Description:

This mod edits the audio files, subtitles, reward items, quests, and quest messages to immersivly and seamlessly allow Brynjolf to be Guild Master of the Thieves Guild. Please see the video showcase for a few samples of the changes that this mod makes via dialog comparisons between vanilla and modded game-play. Additionally in the images tab I have provided snapshots of the modded quest objectives.

As a bonus this mod also alters the vanilla radiant quest requirement to get Special Thieves guild quests from 20 to 5. That is to say, by *vanilla* you must complete 20 radiant fetch quests given by Delvin or Vex, once you complete around 20 you get a unique special trophy displayed in the case, and ultimately leads to a unique set of items  and a chest after you complete a total of 100+ radiant quests for the thieves guild. I have altered this number to 5, thus ever 5 radiant quests you get a new trophy. With my mod you will only need to complete 25 or so radiant quests (as opposed to the vanilla 100+) to acquire all the trophies.

Compatibility:

EVERY OTHER MOD CAN FOLLOW THESE RULES
Step 1: Q is it compatible with X
Step 2: Check in xedit by just loading both mods for yourself and even if you do or dont see something in red go to step 3.
Step 3: Anything you *think* might conflict just position my mod after it and it'll be compatible. (my changes are to quests and dialog by doing this you keep my quest and dialog changes which make Brynjolf the leader.)

Examples:
  • Mod called No to Nocturnal - placing  my mod after allows you to say no to Nocturnal in dialog and Bynjolf still becomes the leader. Even if you didn't place my mod after we would still work together just fine and everything would work as expected placing my mod after just adheres to step 3 and is a safety measure for anything overlooked in xedit.
  • Mod called Friendly Brynjolf - placing my mod after allows you to marry Brynjolf and he STILL becomes the leader. Even if you didn't place my mod after we would still work together just fine and everything would work as expected placing my mod after just adheres to step 3 and is a safety measure for anything overlooked in xedit.
  • Mod called Thieves Guild for the Good Guys - This does some more major overhauling of the lines. Still. Please refer to Step 3 and during install overwrite the vanilla script (you dont have to this is just the script that changes the radiant quest requirements for trophies). Placing my mod after this mod will give the best of both worlds. Please note however that I am talking with that mod author to determine if he add *NEW* dialog lines after the ceremony stating that the player is Guild Master. My mod will make Brynjolf Guild Master even with that mod installed as long as my mod comes after but my mod stops after the ceremony I cannot compensate for new lines that never existed in the vanilla game which is why im working with the mod author of that mod to see what if anything needs to be done to create a seamless experience.
