Enjoy the newly remade Pinehelm Grotto. Farm house is now much larger and has a basement. Nordic Ruin Arvungr has some added rooms to explore and is basically a normal standard dungeon and radiant quest enable. Old version user, don't need to update (optional). Hope you enjoy the new area that I have rebuild. It will have a small Miscellaneous Quest to search for the nordic ruin key. Read the journal to have some clue.

Such a beautiful location and the dungeon was fun too! Used with campfire and hunterborn the grotto makes a great campsite area to return to after a long adventure. My only regret is that the hut is a little underwhelming, so I used Hearthcraft and Empire Builder to replace it with a couple of small farmhouses, added some npcs and turned it into Pinehelm village instead! Another very high quality mod from you :)
I had some bad looking trees in the grotto. They looked LOD trees to me? And the grass, I use mods that change grass and had major grass inside little housing area.
