About this mod

A lightweight and vanilla-friendly revisit of Morrowind's Morag Tong questline, which aims to make it a more rewarding and enjoyable experience to play.

What this mod does:
  • Adds additional rewards for many Morag Tong quests. All of the additions are lore-friendly and fitting for the faction.
  • The Morag Tong's rewards are cash-heavy, which is appropriate for murderers-for-hires, but I found myself wanting to add some variety. Accordingly you can expect to see new items, armour, enchanted weapons, etc, spread throughout the quests. However, these new items are only awarded as bonuses if the player completes these Writs without detection. 
  • The cash rewards given by the Grandmaster Writs have been balanced out so they're all at the same level. And powerful bonuses for turning in these writs undetected have also been added.
  • Removes the Main Quest dependency for Grandmaster Writs: In vanilla you would only be issued these Writs after completing the Main Quest. Now you can complete them once you've reached the appropriate rank, even if you've never even spoken to Caius Cossades. (Bare in mind that some of these Writs are for characters essential to the Main Quest. If you kill them you cannot complete the Main Quest that playthrough.

What this mod doesn't do:
  • Add new quests or change existing quest stages, other than the rewards provided.
  • Make any changes to interior or exterior cells.
  • Add a faction stronghold.

Compatibility: 
  • Compatible with Morag Tong Polished (load Redux after)
  • Compatible with Morag Tong Writs
  • Compatible with Vegtabills Threads of the Webspinner
  • Integrates the equipment (but not the added NPC) of Morag Tong Equipment Diversity, thanks to RuffinVangarr for providing permission on their modpage to incorporate his assets. 
  • Compatible with any retexture mod, or anything that makes changes to Morag Tong locations.
  • Compatible with everything else that doesn't change Morag Tong quest endings.
  • Compatible with OpenMW.
  • Can be installed mid-playthrough on existing characters, though it's recommended that you haven't joined the faction in question yet.
