I encountered a few issues. First of all, I chose the Alt-Baan helm as the reward for the Ienith brother execution and didn't receive it. Secondly, I've now completed the Tong quest line, Sanguine items included, executed Eno and became Grandmaster. Yet none of the other guild hall masters will give me a Grandmaster writ. And I haven't even gone near Cauis' house.
I did get the standard Morag Tong helm and cuirass for the Ethal Seloth and Idroso Vendu execution but I was just thinking, I don't recall getting the 12 poison darts for the Sarayn Sadus writ. And yes, I was undetected. I'm 100% positive.
I'm on OpenMW and your mod is second to last in the load order.
Hello. I've had a look at the Alt-Baan dialogue topic and I cannot find an issue with it. What line of dialogue did you get after making the choice? I've just now shifited where the journal stage 100 triggers, which should help. Though I play tested this quest and could obtain every helmet in testing.
What dialogue is playing when you ask the masters for Writs when expecting grandmaster ones?
I also can't find an issue with the Sarayn Dadus dialogue. Are you using any other Morag Tong mods?
Give me a few minutes because I'll have to flip back in my journal to see if I can pinpoint the entry number. I don't remember the line of dialogue, unfortunately. That was a while ago.
Addressing me as Grandmaster, the masters just tell me that there are no writs at this time. I can give you the exact line if you'll give me a few minutes. The exact line is: We have no writs of execution at this time, Grandmaster.
The only journal entries for the Ienith brothers were when I executed them without being seen and then subsequently when I reported the executions to Eno. No mention of the helm reward, if there should be, and like I said earlier I don't remember Eno's dialogue.
Yeah, I think. I'm not sure what you mean but I had completed and reported those two executions around three game days prior to the Ienith brothers. I held off because I wanted to align it with the Thieves Guild quest.

Well, I found the writ for Larrius Varro by exploring the latest rumor topic with Ethasi which brought up talk about someone 'hitting the Camonna Tong hard.' and me talking with Larrius Varro. Clicking on Larrius Varro brings up the writ.
How very strange. Tbh I have no idea why this is happening to you - You could try sending me your save file if you'd like and I could take a look. But otherwise I suggest just using the console to Addtopic the names of the three other writ targets. It all worked during my full faction playthrough so I'm really unsure!

Yeah, he brought it up. The choices were displayed in dialogue, of which I made the choice... then nothing. You know... I did report to Jim before Eno so there may be the issue.
It's not strange at all. I found a possible culprit, a mod called Refuse The Main Quest. I disabled it and loaded the save again but netted the same results. No surprise, it's probably burned into the save, right? The only way for me to determine if that was the cause is to reload a save from a week ago, way before I got to this point. But to be fair, I did have your mod loading after the main quest refusal mod.
Just had a look at that mod in the CS and there's no conflict. Try opening the console and typing: setjournalindex MT_WritBelvayn 100 setjournalindex MT_WritNavil 100 setjournalindex MT_WritBemis 100
Then see what a Master has to say. Either feel free to try sending me the file via Nexus or Discord if you're in MMC or the OpenMW servers you should be able to find me. Same username.
You may have intended for me to enter those console commands prior to accepting the Larrius Varro writ but it didn't work out that way. I killed Varro yesterday then came back to Ethasi just now and entered the suggested journal updates prior to reporting the execution. Those did nothing. There was no on-screen notification of a journal update and clicking on the Writ topic stills gives the no writs at this time statement. Clicking on the Larrius Varro topic brings up her reply of, 'I gave this writ to you already.' So, the execution is not acknowledged.
Look, I'm done with it at this stage. I'll save it now and send it. Take a look and see if you can puzzle it out. I can send it through the messenger here as an attachment, right?
Just having had a glance just now I'd say yes, as MTE doesn't really make changes to existing dialogue. So you should be fine. Though, I'm not certain if it changes quest progression stages, looks safe to test out. Be sure to let me know how you get on.
Running both now. I'll let you know if I find issues. As of now, MO2 shows nothing overwriting with mod. Plox and Loot are not showing conflicts. Fingers crossed all goes well.
