LW99's Real and Realistic Weapon Overhaul

NOTICE
Any mods not found on nexus will be separated out into an add on so everyone can use the main AIO without having to track down hard to find mods unless they know how / want to. For now this only applies to the Colt Single Action Army.

What this does

For more in depth info and a closer look at my current progress and future plans take a look at THE MOD OFFICIAL Article

Rids the Commonwealth of those Hideous Vanilla guns and gets rid of nonsense or unrealistic modifications for weapons.

Replaces most vanilla guns with real life makes and models made by the Nexus' most tallented mod authors.
All included gun mods have been fully tested to ensure they are quality and if they needed fixes or tweaks those were made.

overhauls Ammunition and Weapon Calibers
makes the ammo conversions actually change the ammo. Many guns come in a variety of realistic calibers and a selection of additional ammo has been added to the game using the Munitions mod.

Gun Modifications are now realistic.
Modifications take realistic parts and materials (Cutting Fluid is the New Adhesive) you dont need glue when your trying to machine a new barrel on a milling machine, you need cutting fluid. Massive oversight by Bethesda IMO

Gun Modifications now change sensible stats. Automatic receivers or triggers no longer half the damage output but you also cannot increase the damage output of your gun in any serious way apart from swapping it's ammunition type.

Changes and improvements?
Removed any legendary variants or weird special effects. any/all unique skins or parts have a crafting recipe now.

Re balances the guns and makes some other changes I'm probably forgetting but everything has been done in the spirit of realism.

Why this does

I dislike the way guns work in vanilla fallout 4 and want to make my own ground up re balance.

the general idea is to get rid of the vanilla guns and then overhaul the
new guns to get rid of unrealistic mechanics like being able to increase
the amount of damage a gun does without changing its actual ammunition
type. you can get a bullet to be more accurate or even faster but your
not going to be able to make a .38 revolver have the knockdown of a .50
cal by changing the cylinders cosmetic design. that aspect of fallout's
gun modification and perk system has always bugged me.

The end goal will be a full overhaul for the Weapon, legendary effect, and perk
system of fallout 4 as well as anything else that needs to be tweaked to
keep the game difficulty in check and in balance but this will be a
very hard and very realistic overhaul when complete.

This will not be for everyone and that's okay.

This is currently an Alpha Test version and will likely be unbalanced and incomplete. As I finish more gun overhauls i will post them here and update the main Level List overhaul.

Currently Overhauled Weapon Mods

1. F4NV Colt Single Action Revolver
Will be added to MM Level List and appear where you would see Pipe Revolvers in mid to later levels

2. 9mm Pistol (Browning Hi Point) Redux
Will appear in the 10mm level list

3. M1911 Wars Standalone Pistol
Will appear in the 10mm level list

4. F4NV Service Rifle Redux
Will be the main bulk of the Assault Rifle level list

5. Remington 700 / Rem 700 Armory Project (optional)
Will replace the Hunting rifle

6. F4NV Mysterious magnum and .44 Magnum replacer
Replaces the vanilla 44 Revolver

7. M1 Garand - a WWII classic
To replace the Combat rifle in mid to higher levels

8. M14 Standalone Rifle
To add to the raider level list to replace some of the pipe bolt action guns and low level Combat rifle list

9. Laser Garand
To replace the Laser Musket (leaves Preston's Laser Musket Alone)

10. Remington 870 Shotgun
Will be a Combat Shotgun replacement

11. Caravan Shotgun
To add variety to the double Barrel Level list

12. Mossberg 500 Shotgun
Will be a Combat Shotgun replacement

13. M29 Devil Revolver
Kellogs gun replacer/High Level revolver

14. Wattz 3000 MkII
Laser Gun Replacement

15. Mosin Nagant Sniper Rifle
will be a Higher Level Combat Rifle and will appear in some sniper level list.

16. AKM Complex
AKM/AKU/RPK Added to the Assault Rifle Level List
Tokarev pistol Might get added to High level 10mm level list but I really want to save it for nuka world LL

17. Heckler and Koch - MP5 Complex
For more raider and gunner verity

18. Heckler and Koch - MP7
For more raider and gunner verity

19. Heckler and Koch - UMP
For more raider and gunner verity

20. M60 Light Machine gun
to add to the heavy weapon level list (appears where the Mini gun does sometimes. Working on a solution to stop it but it doesn't cause huge issues. Start a new game and you'll see one during the pre war section.)

21. Cowboy Repeater AKA Winchester Model 1892
add to the Minutemen LL and will be one of the replacers for the Vanilla Left handed Lever gun in Far Harbor.

22. Hunting Revolver and Ranger Sequoia
Mixed into the .44 LL and a few other places. the Unique's world placement has been left untouched.

23. Thompson SMG replacer
One of the best solutions to the ugly submachine gun so I figured we would make a few adjustments and keep the tommy guns around the commonwealth instead of fully replacing them.
Installation

Load order should be set up as follows

1.Munitions - should be above all gun mods
2.all required gun mods from nexus
3. LW99 RRWO (this mod)
4. See through Scopes (needs to be last so fixes will work) Service rifle and Caravan Shotty need this

Note
Currently version 0.3 alpha release for testing and getting a sense of what I'm trying to do here.
There is A LOT of things missing still but I did get some things done.
some of those things include

1. New guns to fill more roles and take over more LL from the Vanilla guns
2. some new ammo added to the vendors
3. GunNut Perk Levels still have not been re-implimented yet.
4. some guns are still more heavily injected than Intended
5. Some of the Unique guns may be bugged out. Still working on this and might end up needing to include Vanilla Unique Framework as a requirement but i'm trying to avoid that.
6. probably other things I have fixed already and forgotten but haven't finished testing yet. Still a lot of work to be done and a lot of bugs to be squashed. Finally got my work space sorted and all my things set up on my new PC so work has continued at a more steady pace now. More to come in the near future
