My latest settlement build from 2024 for download with some delay!
My 21st build is a raider themed metal scorpion fortress with a working elevator up to the stinger. Built for Desperados Overhaul.

METAL SCORPION FORTRESS for the Desert Punks
This is my 21st settlement build (2024), for download at last!
This is the craziest settlement I ever built, haha!
It's a fully functional settlement with jobs for 23 settlers. An elevator runs up into the stinger!
I'm not sure if the docile radscorpions that live below their metal guardian imported correctly, let me know!
This settlement is close to the northern map border, close to Lynn Woods. There are a couple of super mutants patrolling the area but they should leave this settlement alone.

Required mods that have been deleted from Nexus and moved to Bethesda.net or elsewhere:
INSTALLATION:
You should have F4SE, HUDFramework, and Transfer Settlements installed.
Drop the downloaded file into the Data folder. This blueprint uses slot 21. If you already have a blueprint there, back it up! Or put the Json file in a different slot of your choosing.

- 38 beds (the beds being sleeping bags on mattresses a lot, counting double)
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- I built this settlement using Desperados Overhaul, so I'm not sure if there are any trees or bushes in the vanilla landscape that might clip.
- I use Conquest for the custom location, so you need to have it installed as well.
