Groundwork
Use the console command "scrapall" to clear an existing building.
Perform Transfer Settlements after clearing the lot.
Remarks
The larger the size of the blueprint, the more objects there are, which inevitably increases the load.
After entering the blueprint, fast travel to about 3 places and sleep in bed for about 24 hours.
After that, when you try to save the game, it will probably become rigid,
so leave it for about 3-5 minutes without touching anything and the save may be completed.
Sometimes, if you leave it for about 10 minutes after inputting the data, you can easily save it.
The workbench is in its existing location.
From the base gate, go left along the wall and enter the basement space through the door behind the rock.
The basement space is open for raids and other maintenance.
If you use the console command "scrapall", there are places where the existing light source effects do not disappear,
so if you are concerned about this or want even more darkness, introduce Settlements - Lights Out as an option.
When using this mod, the load order should be at the top.
Note, a side effect is that the workbench may disappear.
This blueprint is produced in excess of the capacity of the settlement.
Please introduce Faster Workshop (Workshop Lag Fix) and BLE when reworking.

Mainly hallway lights, but you can select and reinstall them one by one in workshop mode,
