About this mod
Before you import this blueprint I recommend scraping every tree on the island. You should also make sure to scrap the shack where the workshop is located and the power cables/conduits leading to the boat.
Make sure you check the description below for the optional bethesda.net mods. (these are only decoration mods so you don't need them)

THE SPECTACLE ISLAND PRISON
Here we have my Spectacle island prison settlement. With this build I decided to try and make a pre-war building for the first time and make it look damaged. I'm very happy with the end result. The prison has 72 cells across 4 blocks that have been turned into bedrooms/homes and stores. I added a very cozy and detailed player home which you can find above the clothing store. I also added a storage area in the basement which has 1 power armor display, 2 armor mannequins and plenty of weapon racks!

Whilst building this I noticed the settlers would actually walk around the prison and even use the stairs all the way to the roof! this was a pleasant surprise.
Be warned this settlement has over 4800 items so you may need to lower your settings or object/item fade for the best results.
