5 scavenging stations on original 2nd floor.
0 water
6 beds and full bath on 2nd added floor.
Master bed and bath on 3rd added floor.
Main floor just through the door crafting all on one end.
Save before starting.
Workshop mode delete everything it lets you (I left a fan, doors, and ladder)
while in workshop mode I use console commands to delete wood floor and shack invert (pics).
you will find ground in the void in the kitchen end to land on exiting workshop when you're ready to import.

added a lot of brick-and-mortar
added wallpapers and flooring
added a lot of clutter
reworked a couple of areas,
no assignable food now in kitchen.
Hopefully finale version
Maxed out the build finishing the master Loft.....So I consoled a larger budget for that workbench (doubled both values) and finished it ..seemed to work on an old save before the value was changed...
I at one time was able to send people here. but apparently, I no longer have that mod. any ways,.... I put the beds and scavenging stations in back when, and for the caps it was a good deal at the time, I'm sure I'll get a great return on my investment when I'm ready to sell.
