Save first...save often.
Can't believe how much crap they stuffed in that hole for the pool, had to dig deep. console deleted some,
delete everything but Rock cliffs.
2 visual glitches.... 1 next to the fast travel marker 2 doorway by the crafting area. neither amount to anything, but worthy of noting it.
Wanted an ocean view and got it. I send my favorite settlers here. Throw down some store rugs with existing counters or start some scavenging stations.
And they call it a cottage.
