I cleared Somerville out and built a replica of the Bates Motel and house from the movie Psycho. I tried to make it as accurate as I could to what was seen in the movie and the TV show. You will need to have ALL of the scrapping mods that I use in order to make my settlements work. I cleared the settlement of everything EXCEPT the large tree with the swing. I left it because it helps add to the macabre feeling. That's up to you. Also I don't remember which USO asset packs I used, so download them all!
