Eriksvagr is a coastal Viking Raider Settlement Blueprint, based in Kingsport.

Why do we assume raiders don't like comfort just like everyone else? Just because they prefer to take it from others rather then work for it themselves.
This is what Overboss Erik thought when he founded his settlement in Kingsport, based around his Northern European heritage [...or at least what he remembers of it].
He gathered a host of Commonwealth viking raiders to make their home in Eriksvagr, and be sustained by the vassalisation of nearby settlements.

While I built this with winter mods in mind, they are not necessary for this blueprint to look good. This is a settlement for all seasons, including vanilla.
