My latest work (even though it's more than 6 months old)! Built by not just exploiting the console commands, but straight on abusing it... The settlement was built right after speaking with Valery Barstow, when you are tasked with building an Overseer's desk. That means nothing else is started at this point, so you can transfer this right after starting "A model citizen" quest. When the transfer is finished: just replace the mod's overseer's desk with the vanilla one and you can fully discover the Vault while Valerie relaxes in the master bathroom! ;) It is fully furnished with all the bells and whistles (market places, crafting stations, etc…). Each room is different and comes with separate bathrooms. The Vault is well defended (not that I ever got attacked here), decorated and lit (man lighting up this place was a nightmare).
Vault-Tec's motto has never been more apropos: "Better Living Underground"
