    How is the settler pathfinding?

I only tried it out with Curie (since I haven't finished the quest, didn't have time to play = 0 settlers), and it worked like a charm. After sending her to this settlement she could use everything, even using the lean on the balcony rail animation marker. She was using the bathroom, gone to sleep, played chess, used the VR/memory den chair. The only thing that happened multiple times is that she teleported behind the fireplace in the overseers office, but always managed to warp out of there... Since it's only the first hall (none of the other wings are opened) settler pathfinding shouldn't be a problem.

Its a really nice vault I won't lie, but the hydroponics section of the vault isn't built. I also wonder if at some point you will expand the vault, just a question.

Already answered both of your questions in the description! It was built right after you first spoke with Valery, so no hydrophonics... It was on purpose, so you can add your own flare (and I don't like big empty settlements). As for the second part: what version?

Looks comfortable, may I ask how's the performance impact, or how muck area does your blueprint cover? I'd like to try one that does not strike heavily on my rig, thanks!

Performance heavy, but not unbearable at all. During building: it ran with 50 fps at medium settings with a GTX660... Now using an RTX2080: solid 60 fps capped.
As for the coverage: the first big atrium, without clearing the rockfalls! Not every inch: I still left in the railway tracks and carriages, the huge water tank, the scrapped generator (and so on) to make it look more realistic, as it was still being built, finalized, prepared for expansion.

Sorry for my ignorance (I'm still not very practical with mods). But then when she asks me about the overseer's desk only at that point does i install the mod ?

The required mods have to be installed before you try to import my blueprint!
After that: when you "acquire" the Vault 88 settlement (aka. met with Valery, and taken care of the unwanted "residents" / when you can build anything) you can import it anytime you want. Follow the instructions on the "Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints" modpage (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22442/?) or I also suggest Oxhorn's video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owdrVZKwy_M&feature=emb_logo) just ignore what he says about the wiring problem (it's already fixed).
